You can do time for harassment for actions against either sex, so arbitrarily excluding girls makes no sense. Especially since your "hazing" is actually quite mild and would barely register on the female hazing scale.

For unlike men, women use their brains and implement psychological warfare. With men it's all brawn and no brain, but women have both. They eat away at your feelings of self-worth and self-perception. Which one of the reasons why I am not in the Greek system.

That being said: it takes a very small and insecure man to go after anyone the way you do.
