my intention, for those that don't know, in law school was to become a defense attorney. That was waylaid by a few things and I ended up here, which is great. Not a lot of need for defense though.



So I'm watching the indictment today, following the case, and I just gotta say. I WOULD NOT TAKE THIS CASE. FUCK NO.

1. he has a reputation and history of not paying his attorneys.

2. he has a history and reputation of asking/forcing his counsel to commit crimes on his behalf
2a. some of his former counsel have already gone to jail on his behalf

3. while the case is a career maker, it will break any career just as much

4. it is a full time case that would preclude taking or continuing any other clients

so I'm terrified to see what counsel will take this.

To answer your question, I'm sure that's not how actual nostalgia works, but if a popular revolution should begin brewing, I'd support utilizing Mme Guillotine and un bonnet rouge on multiple world leaders. And former world leaders.
