My summer aerial arts classes are coming to an end and there's a performance/demonstration of what we've learned on Saturday. Everyone's invited and I hope you all come!

Two weeks into my acrobat classes and hell, I'm feeling it! I'm working muscles in new and different ways. Combined with the workouts I'm getting with Logan, Scott and others in hand to hand and other things, I'm...feeling it. A lot. Definitely enjoying it all though, beats being bored.
