Sarah, thank you for the offer and I'm sure he appreciates it but Matt is not allowed to have pain medication, something he knows.

Matt, we've talked about trying to use people who are unaware of your situation.

Please come by my office. There are a few things I'd like to try to help you with the pain when your powers flare up. No, they do not involve drugs but they have been proven in providing some relief.

Lemee know if his room needs more soundproofing or anything. Right now it's just Matt's bedroom, since I didn't wanna displace Artie to re-fit all the walls in the whole room but if it'd help and the rest of the room needs re-fitting, Artie can suck it up.

It is definitely something to consider. How long will it take to complete? Matt may have to be moved temporarily as well.

His senses may be able to pick up the sound vibrations from the construction process even through the soundproofing he currently has and I don't want to put him through that.

Couple of days, it's not hard but it does take a while.

Actually, were you planning to stay at the mansion for the holiday weekend? I believe Matt and Artie will be gone. If you didn't have any other plans that might be a good time to do it.
