I was in the city today for business and I ran into one of my old high school classmates.

That was bizarre and I never want to do that again.

I feel so dirty now.

I mean, yeah, but NYC is a very popular tourist destination, so the possibility is nonzero...

true. but tourists thankfully tend to mostly stay in their area and leave the rest of us alone
