Slang Lesson #2 "Your face" and the replies "Your mom" and "Your mom's face.") are part of a series of playful insults usually used between people who get along and aren't really like, insulting each other. So what you say to Matt is "Your mom's disturbing" and then he says "Your mom's face is disturbing" and then you both laugh or something.
The humor's hard to explain but it's funny because they're stupid insults that only like, really little kids (in America, maybe not other places) use. It's like non-sequiter funny.
